Dural Rugby with Rugby Australia brings to you TriTag Rugby!
TriTag Rugby is a non-contact, fast-paced variation of rugby designed to be inclusive and accessible for all skill levels. Players wear belts with three tags, and defenders must remove one to stop the ball carrier, simulating a tackle. The game emphasises agility, teamwork, and fun, making it ideal for schools, mixed teams, and social competitions.

We’re making TriTag even bigger this year with two exciting new competitions:
TRI TAG COLTS + FILLIES – U18–U20s
A social Friday night competition for our older players. Get your mates together, make a team and get back on the field.
TRI TAG GENERATIONS – ADULTS + KIDS
For the first time, adults and kids can take the field together!
Parents, kids, siblings, family friends – create a team and play together.
It’s social, inclusive and designed to be FUN.
WHAT IS TRI TAG RUGBY?TriTag Rugby is Rugby Australia’s non-contact version of rugby. There’s: NO TACKLING Instead, it’s all about running, passing, space, teamwork and getting everyone involved. The game incorporates elements of Rugby Sevens to open up the field, encourage teams to move the ball and give everyone the opportunity to get involved. If you can run, catch and have a laugh with your mates, you can play TriTag! |
WHO CAN PLAY? Everyone!We have competitions from U6s through to U17s, plus our NEW: Colts + Fillies – U18–U20s Teams can be: GIRLS • BOYS • MIXED You don’t have to currently play rugby and you don’t need to be registered with Dural Rugby. Get your friends together, make a team and come play! Teams require a minimum of 8 players. |
2026 SEASON

7 weeks of competition + Finals

Games will be played on Friday nights from approximately 5:00pm.
Game times will depend on team numbers and age groups, with the draw structured to make Friday nights as convenient as possible for families.
DRAWS, RESULTS + LADDERS
All 2026 TriTag draws, results and ladders will be managed through Rugby Xplorer.
Players and families will be able to easily see fixtures, results and ladders in one place throughout the season.
REUSE YOUR TRI TAG SINGLET
We all have cupboards full of old sports shirts!
Rather than issuing another shirt every season, we’re continuing to use the reversible TriTag singlet.
If yours still fits – wear it again.
If you’re new to TriTag or you’ve grown since last season, singlets will be available to purchase on Friday nights for $29 each.
The design will remain the same in future seasons, helping us reduce unnecessary waste, and your collection of old sports shirts!
FEES
2026 Registration Fee: $125 per player
The fee contributes towards ground hire, insurance and competition costs.
As we are reusing the existing TriTag singlet, a new playing singlet is not included in the registration fee.
New players or anyone requiring a replacement/larger singlet will be able to purchase one separately.
HOW TO REGISTER
Registration is a simple two-step process.
STEP 1 – REGISTER YOUR TEAM
The Team Manager nominates the team and selects the appropriate age group.

Don’t have a team?
You can still register your interest here and we’ll help connect players looking for a team.
STEP 2 – REGISTER YOUR PLAYERS
Once the team has been created, the Team Manager will receive a registration link.
Simply share the link with everyone in your team so each player can complete their individual registration.
