Refund of Registration Fees

Dural Rugby Club – Winter Refund Policy

The following is Dural Rugby Club’s registration refund policy:

  • If the Active Kids Voucher has been used for registration this will not be refunded in line with terms and conditions of this voucher, amounts above the voucher only will be consider for refund.
  • Australian Rugby Union and NSW Rugby charges will also be refunded, if and when these funds are refunded back to the club.
  • Before collection of shorts and socks for the season – 100% of the out of pocket registration fees will be refunded.
  • Before the 1st round of the season (at the completion of the trial games) – 70% of the out of pocket registration fees will be refunded.
  • Before Round 5 of the season – 50% of the out of pocket registration fees will be refunded.
  • After the 5th round of the season – no refund of the registration fees will be given.

 
To request a refund, you will need to complete the ‘Application for a Refund of Participation Registration Fees’ Form found on the Rugby AU website. The form should be completed and submitted to the Registrar of the club.

ALL FORMS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 1 AUGUST OF THE PLAYING YEAR. No refunds will be given after 1 August.
