15 September 2025, Welcome to Dural Rugby Club

Single Players without a Team

REGISTERING PLAYERS WHO DO NOT HAVE A TEAM SET UP

TriTag welcomes all players, and we want to make it easy for new players or those who haven’t formed a team at school or with friends to come and play our great game.

By week 1, you will be playing with new friends and learning a great new sport.

Instead of receiving a link from a Team Manager, you can scroll down and use the teams buttons below to select an age group to register for.  We will form a team for you or help you join a team that needs a couple of extra players.

Age Groups and Competition Structure

A Players age group is the age they are turning in the Calendar year.  If you turn 10 in January or December this year, you are in Under 10s.  The age group for the team however, is based upon the oldest person in the team.  Girls in Mixed teams can play one age group down.

From Under 6 to under 12 we will run Mixed competitions

From Under 13 to Opens will be Boys / Mixed / Girls competitions, which we will then review to determine the final compeition structre based on teams entered.

Equipment Requirements

Each player needs a TriTag singlet (reversible) that can be kept and used each year.  Returning players from 2024 should reuse their singlet from last year.  New players can buy a singlet onsite.

The Pink or Blue side will be determined by the Home and Away teams on the draw.

Players need wear suitable footwear (plastic studs or trainers, no metal studs).  Mouthguards are not mandatory but may be worn.

The club will supply equipment such as tags, shirts and footballs.

Insurance

Dural Rugby Club recommends all players have private health insurance. Rugby Australia includes basic insurance cover as part of every player’s registration.
