Refund of Registration Fees

Dural Rugby Club – Summer Refund Policy

The following is Dural Rugby Club’s registration refund policy:

  • If the Active Kids Voucher has been used for registration this will not be refunded in line with terms and conditions of this voucher, amounts above the voucher only will be consider for refund.
  • No portions of the insurance will be refunded as the club does not receive a refund for the insurance component of the fee from Rugby Australia.
  • Before Round 3 of the season – 50% of the out of pocket registration fees will be refunded.
  • After round 3 of the season – no refund of the registration fees will be given.

To request a refund, you will need to complete the attached ‘Walla Tag Refund Claim Form’. The form should be completed and submitted to the Walla Tag Co Ordinator of the club.
